Terms of Service

Before I Pass™ is an AI-assisted legacy-writing service operated by Wealth On Main Street Inc. Applicable intellectual property is owned by LCIP Holdings Inc. You must be 18 or older and use the service lawfully. Review and edit every generated document: AI-assisted writing can contain mistakes, and availability and accuracy are not guaranteed. The service does not provide legal, tax, estate, financial or other professional advice. Its documents are not wills, beneficiary designations or legally binding estate instructions. Use appropriately qualified professionals for legal implementation. The Privacy Policy explains personal-information processing, including requested AI-assisted writing. Keep your vault passphrase and recovery key; losing both makes saved writing unrecoverable. You may export or delete your writing and delete your account through Account settings. Optional marketing is separate from product access. These terms do not waive your statutory consumer or privacy rights.

How AI writing works

Before I Pass™ uses AI-assisted writing to help turn your memories, values and reflections into meaningful letters and legacy documents. Your saved writing is encrypted. When you ask Before I Pass™ to create or improve a document, the information needed for that document may be securely processed by an AI service provider in the United States. AI-generated writing can make mistakes, so you should review and edit your documents before relying on or sharing them.
